prepare for publishing 2.0 version #390
Description
- bump version in core headers
- change DateTime and DateTimeImmutable to CarbonDateTimeImmutable
- add percentage VO
- move all locale-related demo-data to separate fabric
- remove outdated examples
- check files in current branch with git blame
- add copyrights in all files
- update readme.md
- update changelog.md
