Scss doesn't compile, how to enable?

throws errors as there's no preprocessor for scss and doesn't seem it can be configured.
How to enable again?

We've created a PR to support this, in conjunction with this package https://atmospherejs.com/seamink/vue3-sass
Meanwhile replace vuejs:vue3 with seamink:vue3 - see details here https://atmospherejs.com/seamink/vue3
