SPIDEROSM VERSION HISTORY

v0.4.3  switch to importing json highway only osm data via overpass QL and
using gzip.  OSM download now much zippier. :)
v0.4.2  made geojson output for pnwks more memory efficient.
v0.4.1  cannames.py modified to better support customization of canonical
street name generation.
v0.4.0  added spatialref.py  primary spatial ref specification is now via
spartialreference.org URLS.  spatial reference info included in planar output
files.
v0.3.6  added centerline.py rlis_pnwk() and berkeley_pnwk() to top-levels to
make path to customization more clear.  Documented customization in README.md
v0.3.5  fixed csv output to work for unicode data.
v0.3.4  fixed unit conversion bug in divergence computation that exaggerated
divergence 10x for CRS in ft, e.g Portland, resulting in under reporting of
mismatched names.
