Serious problems with forthcoming sp/rgdal

I've been running revdep checks with released shadow and development sp (github rsbivand/sp) and rgdal (R-Forge), and have found that the "re-built" build.RData I made available should be rebuilt using slot(build, "proj4string") = CRS(SRS_string="EPSG:32636") with the mentioned versions of the spatial packages and recent PROJ/GDAL. The problem is that a +towgs84=0,0,0,0,0,0,0 key-value pair appears, but then fails on being passed back through sp::CRS() on tests for identity in sp::over(). I've also tried running check --run-dontrun, but this maxed out on my laptop. Shall I create the RData file(s) and attach them here?
