[com.google.android.youtube] Video chunks don't load after the first chunk on incognito

Describe the bug
If you try to watch a video on incognito, the video stops after a while because it doesn't load the chunks it needs to load.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to "you"
2. Click on '"turn on incognito"
3. Put a video
4. Wait a while and see error

Expected behavior
Everything loads and you can watch the video
