@jcarvalhoribeiro thanks for filing an issue. Can you share the output logs from @azure and .NET Install Tool?

This appears to be a duplicate of 64. Resolving to track there. Note that there is a known issue that the .net installation tool requires powershell to have scripting enabled, as well as other requirements which are documented here: https://github.com/dotnet/vscode-dotnet-runtime/blob/main/Documentation/troubleshooting-runtime.md

If you are able to obtain logs please add them.
