Increase Get-MCASAlert -ResultSetSize

If possible, could the changes made for the -ResultSetSize parameter for Get-MCASFile and Get-MCASActivity be made for Get-MCASAlert so that it is possible to grab more than 100 alerts?

Requesting the same -ResultSetSize increase be added to the Get-MCASDiscoveredApp command too

3.3.7 (just published in PS Gallery) has the increased resultsetsize for Get-MCASAlert. I will look to include the logic for Get-MCASDiscoveredApp as well. In the meantime, you can always handle getting more records using a while loop and increasing the -Skip parameter.
