[FancyZones] Shortcut key to toggle between different zone configurations.

I would like a Shortcut key to toggle between different zone configurations.

This would allow me to create several zone configs. (3 column, 4 column, ones for different tasks, etc.), and then swap between them without having to open the Settings window.

maybe something for #1032 but it is something we'd need to think from a multi-mon stance. it is actually a lot more edge case based as well with laptops when you change layouts

Example: going from work to home, i go from 2 to 3 monitors. What happens when you go to 1? My primary at both work and home is a 4k, not the laptop.

The editor needs to account for that. Hard problem due to that

My suggestion shortcuts

• Normal: drag -> hold Ctrl (instead of Shift)
• Switch layouts: drag -> hold Ctrl -> press Tab.
• Switch layouts (backwards): drag -> hold Ctrl & Shift -> press Tab.
