Description of the new feature / enhancement

PowerToys is the most "Boomer" name I could think of, I could not believe it was a legitimate Windows tool. Useful nonetheless, but it would likely get more recognition with a better name.

Scenario when this would be used?

Tried to create a shortcut to enable fast desktop switch on my keyboard which does not have a windows button on the Left side, only right.

I wanted to apply a half-shortcut so Alt+Ctrl would equal Win+Ctrl, and then finish the combination in real time with either arrow key to move between desktops. PowerToys said this was not applicable? it needed an exact feature or something.

Not a big deal just had to specify, Alt+Ctrl+LeftArrow <-> Win+Ctrl+LeftArrow and Alt+Ctrl+RightArrow <-> Win+Ctrl+RightArrow, but to allow a half-complete shortcut without an issue would have made this faster, and I think, more helpful.

Not a deal-breaker if this is ever never implemented - thank you for the tool and have a nice day 👍

Hello and thanks for your message. PowerToys is (being) made with the same idea as the older PowerToys from the Win 95 era. So, I suppose you're not far off with the naming, haha.
Regarding the keyboard remapping: Yes, in the current design, a shortcut is considered as one or more modifier keys (like Win, Ctrl, etc.) plus one or more "normal" keys (letters, numbers, etc.) So at the moment "Win+Ctrl+Alt" will not be allowed.

My advice for your use case would be AutoHotkey (what's in a name)
