Steps to reproduce

This crash has happened once and so I doubt it is repeatable. It occurred while I didn't think I was interacting with PowerToys at all. The rest of the info is in the Actual Behavior field.

❌ Actual Behavior

I had just logged on to my computer for the first time in the day. Everything seemed normal. I clicked on the Microsoft Outlook icon in the task bar and all three screens went blank for a period before coming back on with this window requesting I log a PowerToys bug report here.
