Steps to reproduce

I have a 3 screen system (third is the laptop screen).
On screen 2 I setup a workspace with Phone Link, To Do App and also 2 web Apps (created in Edge / Apps) .
When loading the Workspace 2 edge windows open on the main screen and edge windows open in the spaces where the Apps should be, so I have to manually open these Apps (Phone Link and To Do app open correctly though To Do app is often not stretched to the top of the screen as it should be)

✔️ Expected Behavior

2 apps and 2 web apps on the second screen placed as specified

❌ Actual Behavior

the 2 web apps create Edge windows with the default web page showing
