I was on freeplane 1.12.6 (installed with chocolatey as well) trying to make another branch to the current mind map, I highly doubt I pressed a PowerToys shortcut as I only pressed space and tabs separately.
Then the whole computer froze, then the external monitor came back but the laptop monitor was still frozen so I had to unplug and replug the HDMI cable and here I am.

PowerToys might be the victim and not the cause.
