Workspaces doesn't work as expected

Steps to reproduce

I'm using three monitors and created a new workspace with 5 Windows.

All test are made using the same hardware setting. No monitor setting were changed after creating the workspace.

They are placed an the different monitors. Everything looks good, the monitor number 2 and 3 are also the same as in my real setting

The CLI seems for all windows to work (no error on this end).

✔️ Expected Behavior

That all 5 windows open exactly on the intended monitor.

❌ Actual Behavior

Excel windows do not open on the intended monitors. They open all on the same monitor - sometimes on monitor 1, sometimes on monitor 2 so far not on monitor 3.

(all other windows open on the intended monitos (File Explorer, MS Edge)
