Steps to reproduce

1. Install "Everything" as a tool on Windows using Winget (Powershell): winget -e -id "voidtools.Everything" --location "$env:userprofile\Apps\voidtools.Everything"

2. Start PowerToys

3. Create "Remap a shortcut":

Shortcut: Win (Left) + F> Action: Run Program
App: C:\Users\root\Apps\voidtools.Everything\Everything.exe
Args:
Start in: C:\Users\root\Apps\voidtools.Everything
Elevation: Normal
If running: Show Window
Visibility: Normal
Target App: All apps

4. Press Ok

5. Press: Win (Left) + F -> NOTHING HAPPENS

Bonus: Open URI seems to (at least open the app but not focus it)

• The App opens on Win (Left) + F and is focused
