Steps to reproduce

• activate New+
• open windows explorer
• press STRG + SHIFT + N

✔️ Expected Behavior

• the explorer should create a new folder and focus the folder name

❌ Actual Behavior

• the New+ template directory opens
• this shortcut is also not displayed in the powertoys dashboard
