Steps to reproduce

Enabled New+
Clicked "New Folder" in the Quick Access Toolbar at the top of my explorer window (standard Windows feature, not part of Powertoys).
Explorer window opens to the template folder, rather than making a new folder as per previous behaviour.

✔️ Expected Behavior

New folder created in current directory as per usual Windows behaviour.

❌ Actual Behavior

Explorer window opens to the New+ template folder. No new folder created.
