Description of the new feature / enhancement
Exactly as it sounds: add the entries for "Update and restart" & "Update and shut down" into the Command Pallet's built-in "Windows system commands" menu.
Scenario when this would be used?
To be able to restart/shutdown the system from CmdPal while also updating the system. I expect these would only appear when there are updates to be run like in the Start Menu. This would also allow the ability to restart/shutdown the computer without installing updates if desired
