Screen reader is not announcing the checked/unchecked status for helpful/unhelpful buttons

Expected Result:

The screen reader should correctly announce the checked/unchecked status for helpful/unhelpful buttons when we are pressing enter on them.

Repro Steps:

1. Open Visual studio.
2. Open a aspire project and run it.
3. A new window will open in the chromium edge, TAB to "Copilot" tab item and hit ENTER key.
4. Screen reader is not announcing the checked/unchecked status for helpful/unhelpful buttons

User Impact:

Visually impaired users who rely on screen readers may experience confusion because the screen reader is not announcing the checked/unchecked status.

The live Copilot flow was not reachable in the local dashboard environment, so this evidence comes from the component test path. It verifies the helpful/unhelpful buttons expose aria-pressed for initial, helpful selected, helpful unselected, and unhelpful selected states.
