Bump growl and mocha

Removes [growl](https://github.com/tj/node-growl). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [mocha](https://github.com/mochajs/mocha). These dependencies need to be updated together.

Updates `mocha` from 3.5.3 to 10.2.0
