The download link to the ZueriCrop dataset is not working any more.

Steps to reproduce

Try downloading https://polybox.ethz.ch/index.php/s/uXfdr2AcXE3QNB6/download
Or
ds = torchgeo.datasets.ZueriCrop(download=True)

results in HTTPError: HTTP Error 503: Service Unavailable
