Cannot Disconnect/Detach Debugger anymore

Previously, I'd be able to disconnect/detach the debugger, its no longer an option for the plugin. This was useful when sending a Ctrl+C signal to a C++ application and not having the GDB intercept it.

Disconnect/Detach is available when attaching to a process.
There is a related issue open for allowing detach when launching a program.
