Tests panel should have settings

I went to the testing panel, picked "pytest" as the test runner, tried running the tests, and they don't work. Now I can't find any way to change the test runner or do additional configuration, which I know is necessary. This is so unhelpful.

If you run the command "Python: Configure Tests" you can go through the steps again or the behavior is controlled by settings saved to your workspace spaces so you can check there for python.testing... settings
