If you would like to debug the prompt, while the extension is running the Development Extension Host, you can run the following command in the Command Palette:
> Web Search: Toggle Web Search Prompt Tracer
Then, when you ask the chat participant a question, you will see a progress notification with the url to open to see the trace.
