Summary

A setting has been introduced to allow users control over the font family for rendered markdown within md cells.

Steps to Test:

• Change the setting notebook.markupFontFamily to your favorite font (I personally prefer Comic Sans MS for my markdown reading pleasure)
• Close and reopen the notebook, ensuring it renders correctly.
• Revert the setting (should leave it blank), repeat the close/reopen, and ensure we fall back to the default workbench font

Known Limitations:

• notebooks need to be closed and reopened to re-render with the correct font: Setting change does not re-render notebook markdown #238908
