OpenPM Export Physicians (aka "ACUsersByDept")

Description:

The "Physicians" report, also referred to as "ACUsersByDept" due to its realm setting, is designed to export detailed information about users within a specific department to the OpenPM system, specifically the Physicians. This report is essential for managing user accounts and permissions within the OpenPM interface, ensuring that administrators have access to comprehensive data about each user in the department.

Report Fields and Descriptions:

  1. User ID: A link to the user's profile, displaying their unique user ID.
  2. Username: A link to the user's profile, displaying their username. If the username is not available, a placeholder link is provided.
  3. Dept: The department (realm) to which the user belongs.
  4. Security Role: The security role assigned to the user.
  5. User: The formatted full name of the user, including their title and suffix.
  6. Degree: The user's degree.
  7. Address: The user's primary address.
  8. City: The city of the user's primary address.
  9. State: The state of the user's primary address, formatted from the territory code and country code.
  10. Zip: The zip code of the user's primary address.
  11. Country: The country of the user's primary address, formatted from the territory code and country code.
  12. Time Zone: The user's preferred time zone, retrieved from their preferences.
  13. Work Phone: The user's work phone number, formatted based on its length.
  14. Fax Number: The user's fax number, formatted based on its length.
  15. Email: A mail to link to the user's email address.
  16. NPI: The user's National Provider Identifier.
  17. Last Login: The date and time of the user's last login.
  18. Status: The user's status, indicating whether they are active, deleted, or have login disabled.
  19. Pin: The user's PIN.
  20. Organization: The organization to which the user belongs.
  21. Security Role Exceptions: A link to view details about any security role exceptions for the user.
  22. Revision Date: The date when the user's profile was last revised.
  23. Revised By: The name of the user who last revised the profile.
  24. Options: Links for actions that can be taken on the user's profile, such as view, edit, delete, or activate, based on the user's permissions and status.
