Try to get this list from the cordova cli so that we don't have to maintain it.

I began this here: ab48f92
It prompts the user but does not actually add any Cordova platforms.

The cordova-cli does not expose any descent way to get a list of platforms allowed on the current OS. This means we are maintaining our own list... for now. I sent an email to the dev mailing list for Cordova proposing that they expose the ability to do this in their api.
