How to make scipt stop itself if it finds an already downnloaded image?

I've been using gallery-dl to download an artist's gallery and I want to update that collection.
My question is can I enter the URL with an -option what ends the script if it bumps into an image what's already in the folder by being downloaded earlier?

But I don't know what to set since it's X/twitter.
But if I understand right I have to set TARGET as '-A 1' since it'd only skip with it bumps into the already downloaded image.

You want it to stop at the first already downloaded file, so it's -A 1

How to combine this with a command what skips Patreon links?
When using this command (gallery-dl -o blacklist=Patreon -A, --abort N[:'-A 1'] [reddit user link]) I keep getting an error saying:
Unsupported URL '1']'
