Auto read from file on save

When I save the config.json file, I want leaderkey to automatically source the file.

It would also be helpful to run some sort of check before sourcing it just in case there is a syntax error.

I'm happy to contribute if it's something you'd like to see added @mikker

I had this but removed it because it was more trouble than helpful.
