The Apache process crushes on page request if both mod_ruid2 and mod_proxy_hcheck are enabled.

AlmaLinux 9.3 5.14.0-362.24.1.el9_3.x86_64
Apache/2.4.62

Just disable mod_proxy_hcheck. You don't need it in most cases.
