Unable to bind via MDS or SSH terminal MobaXterm (remote Server)

Tried binding via MDS and SSH terminal on remote server.
The problem is global.

At the moment ID appeared and I received a letter, but participants in the chats write that not all received and even there are participants who have not received letters to pass the test
