"Misskey Hub Translators" list is not rendered on /about-us/team/ (all locales)

💡 Summary

On /about-us/team/, the "Misskey Hub Translators" (ローカライザー) section does not render the translators list in any locale.
The section title and description appear, but the actual list is missing.
Other sections on the same page (e.g., Core Team / Contributors) render normally.

🥰 Expected Behavior

The "Misskey Hub Translators" (ローカライザー) section should render and display the translators list in all locales, similar to how other sections on the same page render their member lists.

🤬 Actual Behavior

In all locales, only the "Misskey Hub Translators" section title and description are shown; the translators list is not rendered (blank). Other sections (Core Team / Contributors) render as expected.

Console (Chrome) shows:

1. CSP blocked loading https://static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js/... (Cloudflare Insights beacon)
2. main.js:1 logs an object (additional error output)

I have reproduced this in an Incognito / private window as well. I first noticed it about 2 days ago, and it still persists as of 2026-01-09.

📝 Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://misskey-hub.net/ja/about-us/team/
2. Scroll to the "Misskey Hub Translators" section
3. Observe that the translators list is missing while other sections render normally
4. Repeat with a different locale and observe the same result

It seems the environment variables aren't being applied correctly at build time. I'll check on this later
