Have the Blue Spinning Wheels Stop When the Query Execution Finishes

Currently, the spinning blue wheels for messages that appear before the query execution will continue to spin even after the query is finished. Ideally, these wheels should stop spinning once the query execution begins.

(This issue may be made irrelevant by changes to the frontend to support logical plan visualization).
