Description (What does it do?)
Adds certificate_page_revision_id to edxorg_to_mitxonline_enrollments so that it can be used to create certificate record on mitxonline. Most of them are blank because I haven't ran the https://github.com/mitodl/hq/issues/9301 yet.
How can this be tested?
