I am wondering if there are any plans to include some of the FSL white matter atlases for TBSS analyses?

Hello Elijah,
Thank you for your nice feedback! Currently it's not planed to include these atlases, but it's certainly possible. Given that we already included other FSL atlases, such an implementation might be rather straightforward. If you would like to give it a try you could look at this folder, check out how the other FSL atlases look like (shape and dimension) and what the label file looks like. Also, this script should give you some insights how to prepare the atlas.
