Question: does AtlasReader reslice statistical maps?

Hi,

I am using AtlasReader for the first time.

I was wondering whether statistical images are automatically resliced in the background when voxels are not 1mm such as the templates?

Or does it only work accurately when you upload statistical images in MNI 1mm space?
