MNI Space

Hi,
First of all thanks for the nice toolbox :)
I noticed, if I got it correct, that there is also the MNI152NLin2009cAsym space template in atlasreader, but in the code the MNI152NLin6Asym is hardcoded as the background image and the atlases I assume are in this space.
Is there a way to integrate the 2009c atlas?

@tilsley-p in the create_output.py file you could always just hard code the path to that template as a temporary solution. If you wanted to expand the functionality you could always add a bg_img argument to the create_output definition that takes in the name of the file inside data/templates/ you want to use as the background image for your outputs.
