Update YASGUI to Triply.cc version

Looks like YASGUI and underling suite of products were somehow acquired by Triply.cc... which is great as they they remain open source under MIT and continue to be maintained.
See the YASGUI installation via CDN for more info.
I'll go ahead and upgrade.

Hmm I don't remember if I actually tested the sparql page in dev mode, maybe just via a "local distribution" .. let's see:

• with gulp dev running (which automatically opens http://localhost:9001/src/app/indexdev.html), I just tried then opening http://localhost:9001/src/app/sparql/index.html ... the page itself loads but some .css is not referenced properly (I mean, for this dev mode) ... so an adjustment would be needed but only in dev mode)

• however, all works OK if you just launch gulp try_dist --localConfig --base=/orrportal/, in particular clicking the sparql link takes you to http://localhost:9001/orrportal/sparql/, which opens ok:
