Hand of Salvation reducing all threat at end, not periodically during buff #8
Description
The tool appears to apply all of the threat reduction from Hand of Salvation when the HoS buff falls off rather than applying the threat reduction at 2% every 1sec as the tooltip reads. The result is a massive threat drop at the end of the HoS instead of the gradual threat reduction throughout.
