PLZ Add a template to store publish metadata

Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

It's a little bit of annoying when you have to refill all your publish-meta informations(e.g. mc-versions and loader)
when publishing a plugin, especially when the plugin's supporting loaders and mc versions are not likely to change.
And when you are trying to publish another version of plugin, you have to refill the same version info again.

Describe the solution you'd like

what about adding a template?

• when publishing a artifact, the publish page can provide a "save to template" button
• authors can save the current artifact(to be published)'s metadata(loaders and mc version...) into a template.
• when publishing further versions, a "load from template" button can be clicked to load and fill metadata automatically.
