Improvements to the Disabled Projects filter in an Instance

Is your suggested feature related to a problem? Please describe.

Most of my instances have some or more disabled projects. Now there are filters for those mods that you can only view them, but not that you can only view enabled mods. This gets a bit difficult for when you play with a lot mods enabled and so it doesn't seem clear which is what.

Describe the solution you'd like

I thought of two possible solutions:

1. I think it would be nice that the "Disabled projects" button gets a different purpose; it would show or hide that disabled mods from the instance page so that it would be a lot more clear which ones are enabled and/or disabled.

2. Sort the mods on enabled / disabled and name so that all disabled mods show first or last (what you prefer). This will make it a lot more clear for the user.
