Federation Boundary

Currently the Federation Boundary is not exported from the utilities library. Am i mistaken or is that stil yet to be done?

It has race conditions that users will most likely end up causing more harm to themselves.
Unless you are very familiar with how webpack module graph works - it is not a good idea to use it

If you want to try it, I feel free to send a PR exporting it out. Just do not document it exists.

Nah, thanks. I was just asking out of curiosity :) We used our own ErrorBoundary after all
