* Add files via upload

* Add Simply Staking provider configuration

Added a new staking provider configuration for Simply Staking.

* Add 'id' field to Simply Staking entry

* Add Simply Staking metadata to mainnet

Added JSON metadata for Simply Staking including ID, name, and description.

* Rename 031c0cdc0789b9eb9b9c044610d2417e12eaca6770226c08d7042853fdf0ec7f53 to 031c0cdc0789b9eb9b9c044610d2417e12eaca6770226c08d7042853fdf0ec7f53.json

* Delete testnet-2 directory
