Plugin Update Causes White Screen on Okta app login

Hi,
I've updated the plugin to the latest version and the SAML works.

Problem is when logging in through the okta application, I receive a white screen, only after refreshing the url It loads the website,

issue happens on chrome, tried in safari and it doesn't reproduce

I managed to workaround this by using 'Default Relay State' and inputing the default url of our teamcity environment, but this wasn't how it was set before the update.

Jet brains support sent me to this link. I am having the same white screen page issue. Where is the "Default Relay State" configured?
