Just wondering, are address range off-by-one?

I have not download the app on latest version, but just looking at this image:
Shows this:
I entered the 2 address numbers like this: #100000370-#100000368+1 (NumberOfBytesInRangeInclusive = EndAddr - StartAddr + 1) into speedcrunch, and it outputs 9. The amount of bytes it claimed is 8. This appears to be off-by-one.
