Is possible use REA to enable Apple CarPlay/Android Auto on the infotainment of my I30 2014 or any other car without swapping out the factory head unit?

I have a Hyundai I30 2014 with a infotainment, but dont have acces to carplay because is to old.

Recently a use the REA to clean up my old Smart TV and now i need to solve this another big problem

Probaly runs ancient Windows CE 6.0
