All dockers show red

Hello,
Installed portracker and all my docker containers show red. I dont know how to get logs. Im new to this

Could you please share a few things:

• what platform/OS you are deploying portracker on
• are you using docker compose to deploy? what does it look like?

This would help me explain how to get logs

I have the same problem. This is on Ubuntu 24.04 and have many containers deployed with docker compose.

Thanks for reporting this. Can you share a bit more detail so we can narrow it down?

1. Are all detected containers red, or only some?
2. Are those containers actually running in Docker?
   Please share:
   docker ps --format 'table {{.Names}}\t{{.Status}}\t{{.Ports}}'
3. Can you post a screenshot of the portracker view showing the red status?
4. Can you share the exact docker-compose.yml (or docker run command) used to deploy portracker?
5. What Portracker version and host OS are you using?
