Description
Ensure we have high quality static files. Some of these files are 14 years untouched and some are totally useless. Many have content that is irrelevant or invalid, duplicated selectors, unused variables it is:
"the wild wild west"

We should add linters that capture these errors and fix things automatically when possible.
