Implement FTU warning on mobile #248
Description
Based on - Decide what FTU page looks like on mobile #234
When a user is on a device that cannot activate goggles (no bookmark bar), we should show a warning message.

Currently, only desktop users have x-ray vision superpowers. To get started using X-Ray Goggles, try this activity on your desktop browser.
If user closes the modal they just see the activity page (no walkthrough).
