In the db_extraction task need to extract comments from access dbs for analysis.

We currently use the comment box in the articles form in the access database to capture information.
For Zika, we have captured several important pieces of information (especially for models) in this field.

@sangeetabhatia03, can you please see if this could be prioritised as part of the software workstream?
