Compatibility with Python 3.10 and tf 2.17

Thank you so much for your great work!

To run your CG-SENSE implementation on my GPU, I used Python 3.10 with TensorFlow 2.17. I found that your code is fully compatible with this setup. The only limitation I encountered was with the NUFFT package, so I reimplemented that part using the TF KB-NUFFT package.

If you are interested in this adaptation, I would be happy to share the implementation and contribute!

Indeed the NUFFT is the main native op (there are also a couple other utilities), but most of the package is fully compatible with other TensorFlow versions.

I would like to upgrade the software so that the native ops also work with more recent TensorFlow versions (they are more efficient after all, which is why they were originally implemented like this despite the increased complexity), but my availability has been limited since I no longer work in the lab or in MRI reconstruction.

Your suggestion to use TF KB NUFFT sounds like a valuable contribution. Even if we manage to upgrade the native ops, having a pure Python alternative could be useful.
